ECHOS home Havelte is located on the access road towards the Joh. Postkazerne in Darp (Havelte), and on the edge of the beautiful nature reserve “Holtingerveld” with its beautiful heathlands, dolmens and sheep herd. For the inner man, we have lunch and dinner dishes and changing menus. But if you have something special to celebrate, a reception, buffet or barbecue is also among the possibilities. We also have ample opportunity for relaxation. Free wifi, watching TV and/or movies, or just doing nothing at all, it’s all possible.
We also have 3 fully equipped meeting rooms, so if that is what you are looking for, please get in touch.
As with all other branches of ECHOS, we can bill your service-leaving meeting directly to the Department of Defense.
ECHOS home Havelte is also part of the network of Veteran Encounter Centers and therefore a trained zero care support worker is always present. We also have a special Veterans Walk-in every first Thursday night of the month where we serve a daily snack. Of course, veterans are always welcome, even outside the walk-in evening.
