In this documentary, nine Frisian war veterans of various generations tell the real story of life and death. They talk about their missions to the Dutch East Indies, New Guinea, Iraq, Afghanistan, Cambodia and Yugoslavia, among others. As a soldier, general or chaplain, in the Army, Air Force or Navy. These veterans fought and are fighting in foreign lands so that we can live in a slightly safer world.
